We believe that the Bible is the Word of God. It is supernaturally inspired and it is the Divine standard for all the ages. It is our guide for all of life and is the final authority in every area of faith and practice. We believe the Bible to be completed in it’s canon with 66 books all given under inspiration of God’s Holy Spirit. We believe the best English translation of the original autographs exists in the 1611 King James Version. It is the only version used for teaching and preaching here.

We understand the Bible in in a literal sense unless the context indicates otherwise. We believe to understand the Bible a heart renewed by faith is necessary. We also believe that the context of a passage explains much.

We believe that God exist in three distinct yet perfectly equal persons. God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. These three are one in person, purpose and plan.

We believe that God created the earth in six literal days. We believe He rested on the seventh after completing the works of creation. We firmly stand against the teachings of evolution in any form.

We believe that all men are born sinners after the similitude of Adam who plunged the entire race into sin. We believe that God the Father in absolute love for man sent His only begotten Son to Calvary’s cross to pay the sin debt for all mankind.

We believe that Jesus Christ is 100% God and 100% man. He was born of the virgin Mary and He lived a sinless life. This uniquely qualifies Him alone to be capable of redeeming fallen man. He accomplished this through His substitutionary death on the Cross of Calvary. Three days after His crucifixion He rose bodily from the grave in resurrection power. Subsequently, He ascended to the Father’s right hand where He is head of the true Church and makes intercession for all who have placed their trust in Him for eternal salvation.

We believe that one can only be saved and justified through the grace of God alone. Faith in Christ alone plus nothing is the only way to secure God’s unmerited favor.

We believe in the eminent return of the LORD Jesus Christ for His Church in an event we call the Rapture. There is nothing inhibiting His coming. We believe this will occur before the seven year Tribulation period where God will pour out His wrath upon unrepentant, unforgiven mankind.

We believe in the security of the believer for eternity. Once genuine repentance occurs and one’s trust is put into the completed work of Christ, that person is born again and sealed unto the day of redemption by the Holy Spirit.
